Option 1 Hall Lease/Rental Only
This option include the building and seating for up to 400 people. No food, drinks, or alcohol may be brought on the premises by the lessee or their guests.
Option 2 Hall Lease/Rental and Catering Services
This option includes the building, seating, and catering services for up to 400 people. Food and drinks will be supplied by Knights Land Hall of Decatur. Catering services are in addition to and billed separate from the lease/rental. The basic catering service includes the choice of two meats, cheese tray, relish tray, pretzels, chips, coffee, pop, and punch. Pricing is on a "per person" basis and begins at $10.75 each. Additional options can be included for an additional fee. No food, drinks, or alcohol may be brought on the premises by the lessee or their guests.
Option 3 Hall Lease/Rental and Alcohol Service
This option includes the building, seating, and selected alcohol service. Alcohol service requires a minimum of 2 bartenders provided by Knights Land Hall of Decatur, at a price of $50 each. Alcohol service has two options which include keg beer, and/or a cash bar. Kegs will be reserved at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event. No food, drinks, or alcohol may be brought on the premises by the lessee or their guests.
