    • The base rental fee is $700; any catering or alcohol charges are billed separately and in addition to the base rental fee.
    • The standard renal time is from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm.  There is an additional charge of $100.00 per hour for any event longer than the standard period of five hours.
    • A $200 Deposit is required when the lease agreement is signed. 
    • No "carry-in" alcohol is allowed. ALL alcoholic beverages including beer MUST be purchased through the leaser.  No one under 21 years of age will  be served.
    • Decorating may begin the Friday before at 2:30 pm.
    • The bill will be collected at the end of the event.
    • Band or DJ must stop playing at 11:00 pm.
    • Prices on food and alcohol subject to change without notice.
